![]() ![]() When we were relocated, the building was incomplete. ![]() The company was originally located in Kennesaw, GA (down the street from Kennesaw State University) and relocated to Smyrna, GA in October/November. If you were missing packages in 2021 during peak season (October 2021 - January 2022) I can tell you right now that those packages were indeed not lost, they were stolen by many people (including management). The worst I have ever seen this company is during peak (holiday) season of last year. Lasership is a below-average independent regional 3rd party shipping company that just merged with shipping company OnSite in September/October of 2021.ġst let me start by saying that this company is so horribly run, I have lasted longer than 3 general managers, 2 operations managers, 6 warehouse supervisors, 16 office employees, and a plethora of warehouse workers all within 14 months. If you have had any issues with your packages (especially in Atlanta, GA) then let me give you the rundown of how this entire operation is going. I have been a Lasership employee in the Atlanta district for about 1 ½ years and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that this company is the definition of corruption. I am thinking of filing a police report given the frequency of how often this happens and suggest maybe you should too.Lasership Manager Pleads Guilty To Theft. WM keeps giving me the run around too, and told me to wait for an investigation bc LS marked the package “delivered” on their end now. I still can’t imagine how they stay in business given that it’s ALWAYS the high value items that go missing. They have no real solutions and the reps contradict each other and just make up things as they go.Īt least you tried going to the facility and confirmed that it’s just as crazy as I imagined. At this point I know they are just giving me the run around and did the EXACT same thing to me, told me to just wait and wait. I tried also suggesting that I pickup my packages at the hub and they said they don’t do that - surprise surprise. I called both numbers and seem to route back to a main office and not the local hub. At best, they are underfunded and don't have the tools that UPS and FedEx do for tracking packages and at worst this is a front for stealing and reselling valuable items. I'm with you, I think they're either in on it together at LS or wildly incompetent. The drivers wear plain clothes so you can't tell who's an employee or not. The backdoor for the shipping docks is wide open and anyone could walk in there and grab whatever they want. ![]() I drove over to the facility yesterday to try to talk to someone in person and get the package located but they physically removed the doorbell button. WM customer service told me their system can't refund it until 48 hours from the ship date has passed. Walmart told me that I need to wait 48 hours from the estimated ship date but every day they increment it by 1 day so it's a moving target. I called again after another 48 hours and she was rude and got pissed at me for calling saying it was "unnecessary" and to "give them time". The lady on the phone for the 704 number works at the local facility and keeps telling me give it 2 more days. Every day they've bumped the estimated delivery date with no tracking updates. I called the 704 number to have it held for pickup and they don't do that anymore. They told me to contact WM to have it refunded. ![]() I think the 804 number is just outsourced customer service reps that don't have real insight. Did you call the 804 or 704 number for LS? I've tried calling both and the 804 number told me the same thing and sent me an email that says "Unfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time". ![]()
